带薪休假: 

120 hours per year (3 weeks) - accrues each payroll period (approx 10 hours per month)

 

退休计划与公司匹配: Simple IRA at Charles Schwab - Flair Communication shall contribute a match of an employee’s contribution (up to 3% of the employee’s annual salary).
